More backyard birds, this time they're back enjoying my suet feeder.
The birds include: Carolina Chickadees (Poecile carolinensis), Carolina Wren (Thryothorus ludovicianus), a very greedy Northern Mockingbird (Mimus polyglottos), and a beautiful Hairy Woodpecker (Leuconotopicus villosus).
Also, back making a guest photobomb appearance is my feral friend, Loki, watching the birds eat from his usual spot at the bushes in the back of my backyard.
The following are the photos I took over the course of several days just before the official start of spring 2025 here in South Carolina. Enjoy.
