My Day Trip To Greenville, SC. Part One - SC Comic Con 2015

On Saturday, March 21st of this year I took a day trip to Greenville, SC, and spent a few hours a the South Carolina Comic Con 2015 at the TD Convention Center. It was a wonderful experience for this sci-fi/anime/comic/graphic novel nerdboy hanging out with all these wonderful cosplayers. I even got to fulfill a life-long dream: to sit in the original 1960s Batmobile....or rather a replica of the original. Not to mention had my photo taken with Darth Vader himself and a Stormtrooper from the 501st Legion reenactors.

I spent the best part of four hours there before I had to go refuel. I'd neglected breakfast aside from an orange juice, and the line for the food court there was waaay too damn long, especially when you're dying from thirst. So I bid farewell to Comic Con and went to find a Waffle House. Overall a wonderful time meeting some amazing cosplayers and comic artists. You better believe I got plenty of autographs too.

The second part of my day trip I will post about tomorrow....Same Blog Time, Same Blog Channel.
