Today, I have more of these feathered North American beauties visiting my backyard feeders to share with y'all. I took these photos over the course of several weeks at the end of March up till the first of April.
The birds shown include: the Carolina Chickadees (Poecile carolinensis), Carolina Wren (Thryothorus ludovicianus), House Finches (Haemorhous mexicanus), Mourning Doves (Zenaida macroura), American Goldfinches (Spinus tristis), Brown-headed Cowbirds (Molothrus ater), Northern Cardinals (Cardinalis cardinalis), various Sparrows, and that same greedy Northern Mockingbird (Mimus polyglottos) that hogs the suet feeder.
